I'll add that in correct french, before a "?" or a "!" you have to put a non-breaking space character. Like "aimez-vous les pommes ?"

The French keyboard remove the space before the "!" symbol and the "?" symbol, whereas in French typo, all symbols with two or more parts (what include "!" and "?") are always preceded with a space....
